Welcome to my Insanity workout log. Insanity is a workout DVD by BeachBody that uses max interval training to transform your body.

*please note that I have been working out for over a year, and have worked up to the level where insanity is hard, but I don’t feel like I will pass out after the warm up. If you are new to working out, please do not start with Insanity. Listen to your body, and please check with a dr before beginning any new workout regimine.
