Welcome to I Heart Kiwis. I’m Kristin, and I have spent the last 4ish years learning about health, wellness, losing weight, eating right, and trying to figure out how to balance food that tastes good with exercise, and food that isn’t so called healthy.

Some things you should know:

I have a weakness for peanut butter, chocolate, pasta and coke zero.
I love to bake.
I love to find new recipes.
I love to kick my own butt in the gym. If you tell me I can’t do something, I’ll find a way to do it.
I love zumba, kickboxing, running, and workout DVDs.
I love Bob Harper.
I love Jillian Michaels, minus the supplements and diet fad stuff.
I hate the fact that the Biggest Loser is a competition. They all need help, it doesn’t need to be a game.
I think I’m hiliarious, and often more hilarious than other people find me.
I’m a good listener.
I will help you find a solution to any problem. Even if my answer is “google it.”

I believe if google can’t find it, the question wasn’t asked correctly.

I love high heels, although my running shoe collection is starting to take over my closet.
