If you’ve been reading for awhile you know that I started iheartkiwis when I quit Weight Watchers as a way to keeep myself accountable.
Well, then WW went and changed their program, and intrigued me (again). I mean, they made fruit and non-starchy veggies 0 points. They revamped the program with new science and stopped using only calories as the measure of a foods healthiness. They recalculated points values, turned them into points plus values, and I get 9 more a day. Plus extra weekly points plus.
I was seeing no downside. THEN KK joined, and I was feeling envious. Envious? Where did that come from? I was doing this on my own, but I realized that I had become lax in my dedication.
So, I re-joined WW. And started running again. And started playing soccer again. And realized it was the best decision for me.
